Inclusive Weekly Workouts

All

Every week, Ryan Lockard from Specialty Athletic Training brings us quick tips and inclusive workouts to try. Specialty Athletic Training, Vancouver, is based out of the Stephen's Place gym. Having Ryan and his crew here makes our residents–and the Vancouver community–much healthier.

Many of our residents love working out with the team so much that they have started to compete for games in the Special Olympics; including Cheer, Basketball, Downhill Skiing, Dragon Boat, and Soccer. We're so excited because the 2018 Special Olympics USA games will be held in Seattle this year!

Egg RollsFor this week's inclusive workout, we have a quick (and very delicious-sounding) core workout for you. If, incidentally, you'd like to eat as many egg rolls as you'd like without worrying about weight gain, here's another post that will help those dreams come to fruition.
